Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed.
- Details of the infringing material and how to locate it.
- Contact information of the complainant.
- A statement confirming the belief that the material is being used without authorization.
- A statement confirming the accuracy of the information provided.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material is taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it restored. This notification must include:
- Your signature.
- Description of the removed material and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury asserting a good faith belief that the removal was a mistake.
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
