Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to this website. We value the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect the same in return. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can send us a takedown notice if they believe their copyright is being infringed. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed.
  3. Details of the infringing material and how to locate it.
  4. Contact information of the complainant.
  5. A statement confirming the belief that the material is being used without authorization.
  6. A statement confirming the accuracy of the information provided.

Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC imposes penalties for misrepresenting information in infringement claims. Takedown notices must be sent through our Contact page via email for quicker processing. By submitting a claim, you agree that your information may be shared with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material is taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it restored. This notification must include:

  1. Your signature.
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury asserting a good faith belief that the removal was a mistake.
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Submit your counter notice through our Contact page via email for prompt action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers as mandated by the DMCA. We keep a record of notices and take actions against repeat offenders.
